• Please arrive 15 minutes before your booking as a complete group, allowing time for check in and your game to start on time.

• If you are running late, please contact our team on 0151 370 0000 and we will make every effort to accommodate for this, however, it may result in your booking being cancelled.

• Note that we are a strictly 18+ venue after 6pm, last entry for guests under 18 is 5pm. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Please let us know if you have any special requirements for your booking.

• The payment for your activity is non refundable, but can be transferred to another booking/activity if we are given 24 hours notice prior to your booking.
